We can provide all aspects of dentistry including exams, digital x-rays, cleaning, root canals, porcelain crowns and veneers, removable and partial dentures, bridges, dental implants and teeth whitening.
Dr Sandie Earl
Dentist
To follow my dreams in the world of dentistry, both as a practitioner and educator in a holistic way. To provide the best care and current knowledge to my family and patients that I can, so they feel safe and trusting, whilst being fair, honest and sharing my knowledge. To give back to the world, being mindful and grateful; to help make it a better place for us all.
I am the proud founder Earl Dental, starting in the High Street, then relocating to the new premises on Richardson Road.
I graduated in 1977 in NZ, and have in Australia since 1979. I have a BA and am currently studying with the International Academy of Orthodists to become an instructor. My passion is in early interceptive orthodontics; TMD; Sleep Dentistry and Myofunctional Therapy.
My philosophy is to have a well educated team around you to assist in all aspects of patient care and education. If a team is educated, they will know what is going on as well. Without a good team, one cannot lead them to higher skills.

I’m deeply committed to patient-centered care and helping every patient enjoy a relaxing dental experience while feeling confident about their smile.
After graduating from one of India’s top universities in 2014, I completed my registration with the Australian Dental Board and relocated to Queensland, where I now proudly call home. Throughout my career, I’ve been passionate about helping families achieve good oral health and believe that visiting the dentist can be a positive and enjoyable experience.
I’m eager to demonstrate that dentistry doesn’t have to be intimidating and hope to alleviate any fears or concerns you may have. Beyond dentistry, I enjoy cooking, travelling, and spending quality time with loved ones.

Rachel Milford
Practice Manager
I love that my role gives me the opportunity to do something different every day. I assist with our front desk, work alongside the Dentist in surgery, chat with parents about frenectomy, and assist with our TMD program. The variety keeps every day interesting, but what I enjoy most is getting to know our patients and helping them along their journey to a beautiful, healthy smile.
I joined the team in 2022 after already spending some time working in the industry. Coming from a medical background, I was encouraged by the team to challenge myself, grow my skills and continue my education. In December 2025, I proudly completed my Diploma of Nursing, and I am now continuing my studies towards my Bachelor of Nursing.
I am passionate about continuing to learn and grow, and I look forward to expanding my knowledge through Myobrace Educator Certification and further study in facial aesthetics.
One of the things I love most about working at the clinic is being able to connect with patients of all ages — from our littlest patients and their families through to adults. I enjoy helping people feel comfortable, supported, and confident throughout their time with us.
I feel very fortunate to be part of such a caring and supportive team, and I look forward to welcoming you and helping you achieve a smile you can feel proud of.
Outside of work, I’m a busy mum of three and love spending time with my family. When I’m not with them, you’ll usually find me at the gym, busy studying, or enjoying a spot of shopping!
Kate Baker
Receptionist / Dental Assistant
I’m a friendly and dedicated member of the Earl Dental team who loves helping patients feel comfortable, welcomed and at ease during their visits.
With a strong background in customer service and administration, I bring a calm, organised and caring approach to my role. I enjoy being part of the dental environment and loves that every day brings something different — whether I’m assisting the team, supporting patients, or helping things run smoothly behind the scenes.
Outside of work, I’m a busy mum of two and loves spending time with my family. I’m also a passionate cake maker, so when I’m not at the clinic, you’ll often find me creating something sweet in the kitchen — usually with a coffee nearby!
