- Exclusions – This offer does not cover additional treatments, such as deep cleaning, periodontal treatment, or cosmetic procedures. If further treatment is required, costs will be discussed prior to proceeding.
- Health Fund Rebates – If you have private health insurance with dental cover, your rebate may apply. If the rebate is less than $199, the patient must pay the gap. No refunds will be issued for rebates exceeding $199.
